Welcome to Shubham Resort. By making a reservation or using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or through authorized travel partners. A valid government-issued photo ID and payment method are required at the time of booking. Advance payment or deposit may be required depending on the booking channel and package selected. All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present valid identification and a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in. Maximum occupancy limits apply to each room category and extra person charges will apply beyond the standard occupancy.
Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and season. Standard reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate. Special event dates, packages, and group bookings may have different cancellation terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff, and resort property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms and restaurants. Designated smoking zones are available outdoors. Guests are liable for any damage to resort property during their stay, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's account.
Our restaurants, spa, gym, pool, and other facilities have specific operating hours which are subject to change. Some facilities may require advance reservations. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in resort dining areas. Pool and gym usage is complimentary for resort guests, and children must be supervised by adults at all times.
The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Safe deposit facilities are available at the front desk. Valuables should not be left unattended in rooms or public areas. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
